This plan includes the following:

The Seller shall pay a commission of 3% of the sales price at the time of closing to any Realtor that represents a buyer who purchases the sellers home.
If the Seller sells their home then the Seller does not pay any commission

This plan includes everything the For Sale By Owner Plan has plus:

  • Provide a sellers net sheet
  • Provide JCS Realty yard sign
  • Help with negotiating
  • Review all contracts
  • Meet w/ inspector, appraiser, etc.
  • Set up and attend the closing

The Seller shall pay a commission of 3% of the sales price at the time of closing to any Realtor that represents a buyer who purchases the sellers home.

  • Virtual Tour
  • Newspaper advertising
  • Magazine advertising
  • Advertise to other Realtors
  • Send out direct mail marketing the home
  • Communicate weekly with the Seller
  • Follow up and give feedback on showings
  • Hold open houses

The Seller shall pay a commission of 3% of the sales price at the time of closing to any Realtor that represents a buyer who purchases the sellers home.
