Career Expectations

The exciting part about a real estate career is the unlimited amount of income you can earn. You control your own destiny and all you need is the drive and determination. A real estate career has tremendous job satisfaction because you are helping your clients achieve the American dream and you are helping them invest their money wisely.

Realtors are entrepreneurs and work as an independent contractor on 100% commission. This means that they set their own hours, do their own prospecting, and become their own boss. Realtors do not have withholdings taken from their commission but they are able to write off business expenses they incur. Independent contractors pay for their own health insurance and retirement plans.

Compensation

JCS Realty compensates their Realtors more money than any other real estate company can offer.
Most real estate brokerages charge office fees, franchise fees, and they take 50% of your gross commission on top of that.
Since JCS Realty’s agents work in home based offices, there are no office fees and JCS Realty does not charge a franchise fee.
JCS Realty believes in providing Realtors with the best opportunity to succeed. With this being said, JCS Realty only charges their Realtors 10% of the Realtors gross commission per transaction.

For example:

If you sell a $200,000 home and the commission paid to you is 3%.
This is the break down of how much money you will earn.

Item JCS Realty Most Competitors
Gross Commission $6,000 $6,000
Office Fee $0  $600
Franchise Fee $0  $600
Broker Split  $600 $3000
Agent Commission $5400 $1800

This shows how much more earning potential you have when you work at JCS Realty…

Being a Realtor is just like owning your own business and there will be expenses involved.
